A Dreamer's Meditation

Life is a gift
To be embraced and enjoyed!
Days and years to be lived
With purpose.

Pursuing the greatest good
For ourselves and for others.
Striving to know truth
And to experience Oneness with the divine.

A once lived opportunity
To transform energy into progress.
With friendship, love
Creation, sensation,
Truth and fulfilment.

One of the most powerful insights
Is that we can rise above through understanding.
We can see beyond our suffering
To become conscious in eternity.

Understand that:

What is past is done.
What is now is real.
So embrace and make the most
And shape the future yet to come.

That to give means to together gain
That less so often means more
How little things can give great happiness
How appreciation unlocks more.

Be considerate of others,
In the things you say and do
Think of them and gain as one
Be giving, loving and true.

So live life as best you can!
With good food, and music and dancing.
But do what's right for you;
Live life with understanding.

So cultivate understanding
And rise towards being free!
See:
The way things work.
The way things are.
The way that things could be.

Some will choose a path
To seek and know the truest divine.
To liberate themselves and others
Out from fear, to climb up high!

If this is the path for you
Then I say listen to your heart inside.
For your heart is your connection
To the spirit in which all reside.

See the One in all
And know the all as One.
Embrace the truths of nature;
The continuum from which all things come.

Look within and all around
Touch on moments of divine bliss!
Pursue the experience of knowing Love
And the Oneness of all that is.
